Donna was wonderful. I was looking through breeders to find our future new family member. She called and we talked she told me she had a female I had to meet. She knew it was not on my time frame but wanted me to meet her and boy was she right. She was the perfect fit for my family and we couldn't be happier with our puppy. She was so knowledgeable and loved what she did. You can tell she loves her dogs and does everything with so much heart. I will not hesitate to buy another puppy from her. I was deployed when I first found Hirten Bray Hugel. I was in search of another dog that had great working bloodlines. Donna had a litter available at the time but I would not be state side by the time the pups were ready. So she spent countless hours searching for dogs for me, not because she had to but because she wanted to. I ended up holding off on getting a dog until spring time when she had another littler ready. I saw pictures and instantly messaged her and told her I had to have one. She gave me my boy Trigger. She mad the process smooth and easy. She NEVER lied or CLAIMED to be something she was not. She sent me the pedigree, she told me the strengths of both parents and made the decision easy. Donna says she provides life long breeder support. I know this to bet true because I message her almost once a week with a question day or night and she ALWAYS responds at her earliest convenience. Or even if im looking to share pictures of my dog or see how her dogs are doing just to have a friendly chat. All in all Donna and Hirten Bray Hugel is the most professional and kind kennel I have ever seen. Hirten Bray Hugel is an excellent breeder of German Shepherds. Their owner (Donna) is knowledgeable and passionate about the care of the puppies and their parents. How many breeders have air conditioned Kennels? Donna answered all our questions. My wife and I bought a puppy today and are happy about it.
